The service was impeccable…from the guys who welcomed me in when I pulled my car up to my service attendant, John it was the best care. John explained everything thoroughly and gave me prices ahead of time and let me what to expect during my check in. He also offered to get me a ride when he saw me waiting in the lobby. The work was done quickly and I was not upsaled on any of it and was told what would need to be checked next time. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment in the service department today. I look forward to coming back!

Ernesto Arellano was very friendly, competent, and communicative. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my car at all times. I was very appreciative of the fact that while other services were recommended, I didn’t feel pressured to have them performed at that time. That kind of customer service is very important to me. I highly recommend Ernesto.
