I so appreciated my recent auto services experience with Norm Reeves Vista. Friendly, efficient, quality, on time service!! As soon as I drove up, I was greeted, my car turned over to the service department, and I was taken to an office for paperwork. There was clear communication on what was going to be done on my vehicle. A Lyft took me home and picked me up later that day to return me to Norm Reeves for my car pick up. Superior service!!!

Haven't seen such good and patient customer service in a very long time. There is so much computer generated service these days, I found Sal and the team refreshingly reliable and conscientious.

Ariel did a great job, but on Monday she was off. On Monday I had to call the service department over 10x. They would not consistently answer the phone, they would not call me back to let me know the status of my vehicle. When I left messages for the service department, because for hours no one would answer the service line, they didn’t call me back. Like I said Ariel was great but, it was truly horrible service when she wasn’t present.

I had an awesome coupon and Sal didn’t try to upsell me anything else. Friends told me coupon was only to get me in and they would try to upsell me other things. That didn’t happen and Sal was awesome
