you tried to upsell me almost $600 worth of stuff that I didn’t need!! I talked to your manager, Philip who admitted I didn’t need them! I have to be able to trust you in order to bring my vehicle there and that you’re not going to tell me I need things that I don’t need! If you want my continued to business, you have to earn my trust again!
However, Ariel was wonderful helping me last night when you were getting close to closing time and she helped me so she is wonderful. Give her a raise!

The bond that I have built with Ernesto started since the day I first came to Honda Norm Reeves for an oil change. He made me feel welcomed and answered any and all questions or concerns that I had. Ever since that day I come back and I know that Ernesto will take care of me to make sure my vehicle gets what it needs! He is very communicative and he goes above and beyond for those that he serves! Overall a great advisor! You definitely want Ernesto as your guy!
When I first brought in my car for service, I requested a list of possible actions required to have my car run smoothly. This last visit was to have completed the list, especially after I challenged the veracity of your claim that I needed new shocks which another mechanic said I did not. I was shocked to see a brand new list of items required. I grew angry when I saw "100,00 miles" notations after them. Why weren't these noted earlier? Why are they required now after I completed the initial list? Seems Norm Reeves is more interested in separating me from my money under the guise of "required services." Which is why I've located a reliable and honest mechanic to perform any and all services on my Honda going forward.

I received a call at 5:30 pm when they said it would be done close to 4pm and I said I needed to contact my husband to find out if he could give me a ride over and your service guy said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never called me back so I headed to Honda and arrived at 5:56 and stood there for 20 minutes until someone finally came up to help him and there were 2 clients behind me. Better communication… I have always had great service at Honda but the last couple times here has been below par.
