The customer service is always spot on. I was given a ride within 2 mins of being there by John. The service manager is excellent and the Finance manager Sasha also helped me for the second time in a month. Its always an excellent experience.

Ernesto was 5 stars but I don’t appreciate the attempted price gouging by - I’m assuming - Mngmnt $96 dollars to change a cabin filter ????? Come on guys it leaves a bad taste in your customers mouth and actually will prevent me from trusting you guys for any needed maintenance you are forcing me to go to a genuine Honda parts mechanic in the future. It’s outrageous and I suspect will hurt your business and bottom line Pls find a way to make money that doesn’t insult your customers Cabin filters cost $15 and take 5 min to replace Norm reeves marketing : management = 0 stars
