Sal Lua was very helpful and explained the procedure. On another note, the prices you charge are quite high. Something you might want to take a close look at and do some comparisons of repair shops in the area.????

Sal was my service adviser last visit as well. He’s always knowledgeable and tells it like it is. I never feel pressured into doing something that doesn’t need to be done right away.

I think this problem should be covered by Honda. A 2023 odyssey no matter what should pass the smog check no matter what. Not to mention our car just got maintenance there. Very disappointed!

The work itself was fine , but I waited 3.5 hours instead of the 1.5 to 2 That I was told it would take. Customers have schedules too!!!
