I was totally satisfied with the service. It helped me so much since I work at the hospital and go to work early and get off late it was a blessing to have you work with me and take care of my car thank you so much.
Not impressed by the runnings of this service department. My wife says we will never buy another car from arrow ford because of the crap service… and I her husband have to listen to her complaints and I’m obviously not able to do anything about it.
1. Don’t feel like our problems are a priority

The people were fine but having to pay over $800 for a spare key is absolutely criminal. With those kinds of hidden costs I will not buy another Mitsubishi again.

This was my worst experience with quick lane yet. I dropped my car early, said I had a workshop to attend and showed nate a coupon from the arrow ford website. I said I would like to use it, but no tire rotation. He said it would be cheaper to not use it, Fine, and I left.
Got a call that it was ready but several problems were found. He gave me parts and labor charges for the rear sway bar and shocks and I asked for a quote for the 'gasket or whatever was leaking oil. He said he would call me back once he had it.
Fast forward 2hrs later- I call and say I'm on the way. Person number 2 says nate isn't here but tries to go through the service issues with me. I said he was going to get me a price for the gasket that is leaking- he said 550 and I continued that way to pick up the car.
I arrive, and nope wrong price, that was the rear work. Not the oil leak part. Had to wait for that guesstimate just to then need to schedule with service. Guy number 2 said 116 gasket 60 labor, then once I get to service he says look we have to look at it and see if that's really the problem.
When at the check out I'm told 85$. I said look is it cheaper or not with the coupon? No idea mam not sure why he told you that.
Over and over I heard not sure why you were told that by one person after the next about the last. This is horrible customer service. I have never worked somewhere where everyone passed the buck in such a way, none of them answering a single price question off hand, and NO ONE offered the oil change rates with and without a coupon.
That's not a hard question, and should be plastered on the wall.
Charge me for the filters that you already put a possible 30 to 50 % mark up on then charge me labor to put them in!! That is bull **** in my book!!
Tara is a great rep for you. She was constantly communicating with me as we navigated the process of repairing my truck.
Nelson was ready and eager to serve - as was the mechanic who replaced our air bags. I recommend Arrow Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to purchase and/or anyone needing repairs. Thanks for your organizational skills and expertise.

On line under coupons shows ultimate oil change bit no price. At store I was told wasn’t coupon just ad for service. I think that is misleading
