Service on an intermittent sync screen, Maint tech did a hard reset on computer and told me Ford said if happens again they will tear into the dash board. Service rep was personable and did what he could, hopefully this will be a good fix fingers crossed because I like my truck and want to keep it

There was a pistol taken out of my vehicle. I realize your are not responsible, but now I have to worry about getting everything out of my vehicle when I come in for any type of work simple as it may be. I will have to report this to the police because of the nature of the theft and what was stolen. As far as the oil change I think they did ok.

Told it was going to cost $80, which turned in to $250+, which Ed turned into over $400 which turned in to now I have to pay almost $200 for a diagnostic fee & can’t get my vehicle in until June 6th
