I had a 11:15 appointment and it took over 2hours and 30 minutes. I don’t think it was any problem of Daniels but it was way to long of a wait for the works service. Also no reminder sticker on the inside of the windshield.

My only negative comment relates to the price. I have never paid more than $125 for a LOF with tire rotation, your service cost me $201. I have had my truck serviced at multiple dealers coast to coast and have never been charged near this much.

I don't appreciate when you tell me it takes 30 minutes and then I'm embarrassingly waiting 3 and a half hours to have the service done. I understand unfortunate circumstances happen but it's hard for me to schedule stuff during the day when I'm told it's an hour and then it's 3 times longer. I would of rather scheduled an appointment which I wanted to do and they told me no it's not necessary. Just frustrated because I was being patient and it bothered me when you have employees legit eating breakfast at the counter rather then checking on my vehicle or me.

The invoice was jumbled and I could not read it. I called to speak with the check out person and was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. I will try again tomorrow to reach someone so I can read the invoice.

Nate was awesome but I was disappointed in the services. There was not any coffee offered. A snack machine was provided, but other places have free snacks. For the price of the oil change I was expecting my vehicle to be vacuumed out at least. Other dealerships vacuum and wash your vehicle as a courtesies when having an oil change done. It was freezing like a meat locker inside that area of the building. I will not be back to have any other services.

I had my car detailed (for delivery) and had the oil changed. The tires were inflated to 45 PSI, according to the on-dash display and an accurate gage at my home. The sticker on the door post indicates that the tire pressure should be 33 PSI, and the printing on the side of the tires matches this information. I adjusted the pressure on all four tires. The on-dash display and my gage agree now. Other than that issue, I was satisfied with my service, especially with Nate's helpfulness at the service desk.
