From the time i pulled in and spoke to the first employee i have never had a worse experience with a service department in my life. The sad thing is no one seemed to care there as i tried to get help with my truck and a recall that i had made an appointment to get fixed. Please feel free to call me and i will go over it step by step to help your dealer because i haven't been in Texas long but have heard nothing but bad things about your service dept and now ive experienced it. ****-****-xxxx

I made appointment for you to get my oil changed. I Eason time for the apoint .I waited for nearly 2 hours checked to see if they had truck ready . It was still in line to be worked on. I don’t think this is the service you expect for your customers.I have to call on my customers they expect me to be there when I tell them I will come.so I think you can understand why I give you a bad rating on my comment!. They said they could not reach the extended warranty people to get our discount. I got a hold of them on the first call. So I had to pay the full amount.
