it’s always a pleasure to have Cassie as my service advisor. She’s very thorough and keeps me up-to-date with the service record on my vehicle. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered. I was especially pleased that she was able to help me with questions I had regarding the purchase of tires.. I couldn’t complete that service today, but she was very helpful and scheduling a future purchase and service date that was convenient for met schedule. Gold star service!

Cassie did everything to make my visit as perfect as possible. I was only in Cleveland area for a funeral and I needed to get on the road as quickly as possible to get home. She navigated several issues to make that happen. Very much appreciated.

I was satisfied with the techs testing my battery for issues after it died. Customer service is always very friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that a common issue post battery drain wasn't resolved at the dealership. I noticed my backup camera had an exclamation point and the guidelines didn't move when rotating the wheel. After researching the issue, it turns out this is a common issue. I didn't know this about the ES cars.

As you know, I’ve been with Lexus over 20 years so that let you know that I’m very satisfied with the service the Car the representatives people that work there from the higher-ups to the working professional service people to the drivers that come to get my car to be serviced I couldn’t have asked for a better running company and I will always stick with Lexus.
