I met with Cassie and Candice yesterday. Cassie was immediately responsive, greeted us with a friendly smile, moved the appointment process along quickly, yet gave me all the time needed to answer all my concerns. I felt confident that I was in capable hands. Greeted with a welcoming smile when the gentleman opened the door and guided us in. The Metro team imparts a cohesive strong knowledgeable face.

I really was impressed with the representative looking out for my best interest. He quickly had my vehicle looked at and kept good communication with me. Service from beginning to end was excellent. I do have one issue: I had an oil change / tire rotation which turned into a rear brake job. I had a coupon for the oil and for the brake job. It would’ve been nice to accept both coupons due to the expense of the repair along with having purchased the car from you new in 2020, 5 year customer

Let me start by saying Adam was absolutely wonderful. My issues with yesterday’s service have nothing to do with Adam and he’s an asset to the service department. He was kind, understanding, I saw him try to help a customer find her phone. My issue lies with the service I received over the last couple of visits that culminated in an extra $800 out of my pocket that possibly could’ve been avoided. When I was last in prior to this visit, my tires were rotated because I had a nail in the back left tire. Come to find out, no one checked my brake pads, which had allegedly started to wear unevenly. Now would this have been caught? Maybe … but I didn’t even get a chance to find out. Fast forward to yesterday and I’m out $800 because my brake pads had worn unevenly and even ruined the rotors. I was told that this was ‘normal’ in a hybrid and they’ve seen wear go down very quickly in even just a month’s time. I don’t buy it. If that were the case, no one would want a hybrid because the offset in gas would be spent on brake pads and rotors. Failure to check my brake pads was a huge miss. Let me say again, everyone was very nice and tried to soften the blow, which I appreciate. But the actual service over August and yesterday fell short - by a long shot. Let’s talk about the mess I had in my car after the brake job. My husband pulled my mats out 2 days before this appointment and cleaned my car nicely. The service tech got rust and dirt everywhere and had no regard for my car. I take better care of loaners than the techs take care of my car. I work hard every day at my own job and it was my turn to receive service and effort I provide to my own customers each day and I didn’t get it. I paid for a luxury car but I’ve yet to receive luxury service. Maybe the couple of times I’ve complained, but I should’ve received it without having to beg for it.
