Service was fine, but found out on the way home that someone had opened my sunroof about two inches. Not sure why there would have been a reason to open it???

The tire rotation was fine. I felt my car was much dirtier than when it was picked up my floor mat especially driver side. My rug that I keep on my floor board was removed so now my matt is filthy. I just had my car detailed last wk. For that I'm disapointed.

Jose did a great job taking care of of my vehicle service. He anticipated most of the parts that would be needed to fix my leaking brake fluid. When they discovered unexpected damage to brake pads from the leak … he promptly ordered what was needed to replace and repair. I’m Thankful for the attention to detail at the service department. Lauren was very polite, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond what I expected her to do by coordinating services between Toyota service department and the local body shop repair building. I appreciated that sooo much, especially since bad winter weather was predicted. Thank you Lauren and Toyota!

I came in for my second free oil change/tire rotation. The car went back at 922 and was not done till 1140. I asked several time what was taking so long and was told they are finishing up now. 30 min later I asked again and was told the same thing. When the car was finally done the service person told me they have no idea why it took the person so long to get this done. I asked why no one asked me about the filters that needed replaced and he said we sent you the information in a text. So I can wait for hours in your waiting room and you come out and ask me to replace the filters? He then offered to replace both for free on my next oil change and I said no thank you I will not be coming back. I would much rather pay for a service with personal to person contact when I AM IN THE WAITING ROOM! After I left I called to speak to the manger and was told he is busy you will need to call back later….. I think the correct response should have been, Can I take your number and have him call you back! I wish you all the best of luck in the future I will not be back for service or to purchase anything from your store.

When I bought the truck it had a good set of tires on it but I wanted different ones so I just put new tires on the truck and when I brought it in to do the oil change, they medicated the tires ranged from 9/32 to 11/32 tread. The new tires have less than 800 miles on them. I took the truck to get the tire tread measured today and each tire had 14/32 tread. It's obvious they just wrote down what the tread was on the old tires when I bought the truck. I'm doubtful they even gave my truck an inspection.
