After said service was done, I had check engine light flashing after pulling 30 ft out of your lot, then the truck sounded horrible and the rear end was bouncing or had a lot of vibration, there was also a traction control light on the dash that wasn’t there before it was brought in for service and idk why it’s on there because I haven’t touched the traction control button at all since I’ve had the truck, all these issues and I haven’t even put 500 miles on the truck yet.

My tire was loosing air around the valve stem. I was told it was fixed. I had a flat tire this morning. Was unable to put air in it, something wrong with the valve stem. Not the usual good service that I normally receive.

Mr Nunez handled the difficult situation of the loss of my key very well. Losing a smart key is a lot like losing your phone these days: your life could be turned upside down. Also would like to mention Logan was also really helpful. He was the first person I talked to, and he helped answer a lot of questions I had.

We found a lugnut in my driveway that came off the rear passenger wheel, and at least two others are completely loose and ready to come off of two other tires! I cannot safely drive this vehicle the way it is, and am very concerned and extremely disappointed in the “work”provided by your service department! I have a video if you would like to see it.
