I waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After I got home , I found a text message, from 9:55, saying my care was done. It was a 30 foot walk to the waiting room . Doesn't seem to far to go , to let me know it was done. So I waited 35 minutes longer than I needed to. A little frustrated.

Problem wasn’t fixed. Tire pressure sensors are not working correctly. 1 sensor doesn’t read at all , then after about 20 miles the rest quit reading.

My brakes were marked as yellow with wear to the rear lining. My brakes are about 18 months old so I contacted the shop where I purchased and had them installed. They looked at them and said there was no wear and they were fine. Charged me $60 for the diagnostic. I am VERY displeased that Toyota relayed this false information and I turn I wasted $60 to have it checked out.
