When I make an appointment with a auto service company, I expect the service company to honor that time and to get my car started within 20 minutes and out in a reasonable time , like an hour. When I purchased my car from this dealership I was told that I would get prefectural service and I would even get a car wash with each service appointment- I did not happen!

I was told service would be 2 hours. I walked to local cafe and came back in 1.5 hours. I was lied to and told my car was in service now when it was still where I parked it. They then told me it would be another 3-4 hours. The entire time Phil was playing on his phone and not working. I took my keys and left and will take my business elsewhere.

As soon as I left the dealership my refill inverter coolant light came on.... they lied about checking and topping off fluids as part of my oil change package. Now I need to make another trip to the dealership. SO awful.

I am always taken very good care of at Van Hyundai. Even when Hyundai charges an exhorbinate amount for a 10-12 inch piece of plastic mouldings. You are welcome to share this with Hyundai, and I hope you do. I truly love my Santa Fe.

My car was in the shop for 13 months. Van Hyundai did not return my calls or text messages. I was completely ignored. This was totally unacceptable. We own 3 Hyundai cars but we are switching brands because of this nightmare customer experience. I will warn everyone I know to stay away from Hyundai and share my horrendous story.

The last couple of experiences with Ban Service were awful, but Inhave a new service advisor, and Phil was great! He let me know what to expect, he kept me updated on the progress, and he checked on me during the service. I’m much more inclined to return after my experience with Phil.

I'm very unhappy with my experience there. I am a returning customer and never had this experience! I came in your location March 29th and was told that service was not able to take walkin customers, I would have to make an appointment. I said okay, got to work same day called your service making an appointment for April 15th at 8am. I explained I can drop the vehicle off for Friday and Saturday but if service goes past Saturday I will need a loaner. I also explained to the service contact on the phone that I have your complimentary email to receive a loaner on services over $200. Contact stated okay. I dropped my car at your service April 15th at 715am with Phil Socolov. I informed Phil same thing. He stated okay but that you didn't have a loaner really available. Which was funny because I saw 2 loaner keys in your box on the front cart at the door. I told Phil, well I came first thing to get in, call me with issue. 130p comes and I had not heard from Phil. I called 3 times for Phil and left message, no return call from Phil nor could I get a hold of him. Finally at 5p I called and Phil answered the phone. My car still had not been looked at nor had Phil called. When I told Phil this he had excuse after excuse. I could clearly see, he cared less about me, my car or my time. I just told him to have my keys ready in the morning (April 16th). I will pick my car and take it elsewhere. I am now taking it to Huffine Hyundai in Plano. Phil was horrible!!
