Made appt to get car key duplicate. Appt was a month in advance. Showed up for appt to be told that dealership was out of stock and that we would receive call to re schedule once keys were in stock. It’s been about 5 weeks now and we have not heard from dealership. Poor communication from the moment I tried to make appointment.

From the moment I walked in everyone was so kind and just treated me as family. I asked if I want coffee and was told were I could get some. I spent about 2 hours waiting on my car and I expected to spend close to four due to labor shortage. I came prepared and was surprised I got updates on my car. Gave me a peace of mind that I was not forgotten and it was nice to have someone pop in and see if I was okay or needed anything. Didn’t matter if they were sales or repair. Overall I can’t even complain!!! Keep up the good work!!!

extremly dis satisfied. after waiting almost 3 month for todays appontmaint to bring my car at 7:30 AM. Socolv told me he will call me to update me, but he didnt, nor returned my call. later afternoon finally went to vanhyundai service, only to find out nobody even looked at my car!!! talked to manager named chad, he said we didnt have time since we are busy, asked him then why yoy scheduled me for today, now after waiting 3 months, coming early morning, returning afternoon , you tell me you had no time to even look at my car, he said yes thats how we work! they have no respwct for people , now they even text me your vehicle is finished andready!!! such disrespec VERY SHAMEFULL BEHAVIOR TOWARD PEOPLE , THEY WASTED MY TIME OFFERED NO SERVICE, AND SAY THIS IS HOW WE WORK.

I made an appointment to have my rear window re-tinted a few weeks back. The appointment was scheduled for 8 am this morning. I arrived at 7:40 and was told the tinter should be in by 8. I waited in the waiting room until 9:10 when I decided to check for an update. I was told the tinter never arrived. I booked another appointment for 8 am wed 3/23.

Wow it took a long time to get my vehicle repaired, this was not Phil’s fault. He kept me up-to-date on the status and he was very responsive to my calls. He did the best he could do in terms of timeline while fighting supply chain issues. I really appreciate all he did for me to get my vehicle fixed. ~Amy R

I made a service appointment to get my oil changed and was originally told it would take roughly an hour. Once I got there and checked in, it was confirmed that it would roughly be an hour. I arrived at 11:39 and left the dealership at 1:58. To take that long, when there was only one other vehicle there, is ridiculous and makes me regret purchasing the warranty that requires me to get my oil changed at the dealership. To top it off, I realized that when I went out to my vehicle this afternoon, there is now a gap/spacing on the front driver side wheel well that wasn’t there before today’s oil change/ tire rotation, between the plastic and metal. I feel like someone at the dealership knows about it as an advisor went out to take a look at my car and came back in and said, “I don’t see anything” to the service advisor. Phil was nice, kind, good at communicating all throughout but there is clearly a gap between him and the service department, along with the gap that is now around my wheel well.

I had been told that the warranty repair on my car would take about 3 hours. I never received a call the first day and when I tried to call I could not reach anyone in the service department. I tried five different times. My car was there from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and I never heard anything. The next day I called at 7 a.m. and spoke with Phil. He said he would check on it and get back to me. Three hours later I called and waited on hold for him to finish with another customer, and he told me it was finished, but he just needed to do some paperwork that it would only Take 5 minutes. I came to pick the car up 2 hours later and he had not finished the paperwork. The whole process was extremely frustrating and I will not be coming back to your dealership and will not recommend it to others
