First off my truck runs on full synthetic and they decided to put regular oil in there thanks for that..? And also your finance guy RUBEN LIED to me when he sold me the truck sold me a package for 2-3k more and told me to my face that it included oil changes and it does pretty **** pissed about that

Richard Williams helped me with my car ..it was stalling on me on my way to work I just called same day I dropped it if I knew it could take time to look at it they had a long line..but the next day it was done..and appreciate them all the time have been with them for 7 years and have gotten 7 cars from them I always will be doing service with them.

I actually didn’t receive a service on my car today. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30am and was at the dealership at 9:15am to drop my car off. An appointment in any context is a scheduled time to receive a service, however apparently common logic does not apply at this dealership. I received a text message from Ricky at 11:09am that “my car was in good hands”. At 12:32pm I responded to see if my car was ready, as I was finishing an appointment nearby could get dropped off to retrieve my car. No response. At 1pm I called to ask for an update (note that I had to initiate contact). I was told my car wasn’t even serviced at that point in time and the estimate for pick up would be 2:30pm. Five hours to do a simple oil change?!
I had no choice but to cancel the service and come retrieve my car, as I needed to pick up my young children from camp in Tempe. I truly had no choice in the matter. The customer service was absolutely horrible and I feel that I was taken advantage of because I left the dealership during my “service”. I can’t imagine you would make someone wait five hours if they stayed in the dealership to wait for their car. At a minimum, the expectation for quality customer service would be to communicate an estimated time frame for the service to show respect for the customer’s time.
My car is 10+ years old and I’m due for an upgrade. The lack of customer service or respect that I received today made it clear that I should look elsewhere for purchasing my next vehicle.
I was treated great and so was my vehicle, I definitely would recommend Jeff and Camelback Hyundai to anyone!

Jeff was amazing he was upbeat and a pleasure to work with. He explained what would be done, why it was recommended and the exact price it would cost. He didn’t try to upsell me. He did let me know what needed to be taken care of now and what would be needed in the future. He also gave me info about an upcoming tire sale and where my tire thread is currently. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. My only suggestion would be to have a courtesy vehicle to drive people home or pick them up. Even if it was just for tips or something.
Your prices are much higher than other Hyundai dealers in the valley fir repairs. I keep trying to do business with your company but prices are too high. Examples:
Clutch replacement $800 competitor $400
Axle boots stop high
Steering Rack. $2800 competitor $2000
