Parts have to be ordered. Service great. Waiting area had too many people coughing and sneezing. I went outside to wait.
Danny is great. He has always been so helpful and accommodating. Give him a good raise this year. He goes above and beyond.

I just recently bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata. I truly enjoy my car. This was my first oil change. The gentleman that handled the check in of my vehicle for service was very friendly. I was disappointed when receiving my vehicle back and it wasn’t at least vacuumed. Every time I’ve gotten an oil change that was complimentary and always a nice touch. It’s the little things that you do for your customers that matter.
The staff was very professional and kind made our experience a nice one!

Austin was very professional, and I especially appreciated that he always wore his mask. I saw other Reliable employees who either took theirs off or wore theirs under their nose indoors, and that made me uncomfortable. I never saw Austin without his mask. Austin gave me regular updates and explained everything thoroughly.
Terrill made my service easy and stress less! 2nd time at your dealership. I have had both of my Hyundai vehicles serviced here. I believe I can trust the dealership.
