My wife brought her Legacy in for a scheduled recall repair. She was not told the length of time that the repair would take at the time of scheduling. 2 1/2 hours. Then, after taking her car for the repair they came back to tell her that they didn’t have the parts to make the repair. Seems to me that they would make sure they have the correct parts in stock before scheduling the repairs. A lot of wasted time for my wife. Needless to say , she was not very happy that she has to schedule another time to bring her car in. At least now she knows that it’s going to be a lengthy repair. That is , if they have the correct parts.
Thank you for a great job and amazing service.
Great service From beginning to end. comfortable waiting room.
Felt at home through the whole process. Everyone that I dealt with explained what the cost would be, there were no surprises and it was done in a timely manner.
The service I received was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and understanding with my unique situation. Thank you to each and every person that helped along the way
Love the service department!
Danny was polite, efficient and knowledgeable!
Danny is always amazing. I've had him for a few years as my service guy and he always has the best attitude, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about my services on my Subaru. He's one of a kind and I absolutely love him!
Danny was great! I appreciate him taking the time to explain the bill to me.
Nothing but good things to say about Reliable Hyundai
Thank you, I appreciate your professional service.
Austin is the best! He is really good at communicating with updates on my vehicle. I appreciate the entire service department! And Joe is the best of the best, he did the work on my Subaru. I’m always well taken care of!
Mitch was great and very professional I give him 5 stars????????
Wonderful service as usual!
Thank you for taking such good care of my car!
Service was fast. Terrill was very courteous and helpful.
Austin was fine, but the problem is not solved. He ordered a new CD player to installl. I bought the CrossTrek new in Feb and the CD player never worked. Seems like you have a pretty big quality issue when a vehicle can leave your plant with a non functional accessory part.
Also, Harmon units have a poor reputation. I don’t understand why Subaru uses them. My friend had a new Forrester and had to have her CD player worked on repeatedly. (Also, I really dislike that you can not turn off the radio. You can mute it, but upon restart it is back on. But, that is not connected to my repair issue.)
