There was a lot of upsale we didn't appreciate. We also said we did not want a select number of services done and it was completed anyway followed by the service rep asking if it was ok to charge us for it.

I miss an appointment to have my tired change back on Oct 12th. I didn't realize I had missed it until I called a week later and then had to reschedule the appointment. No problem there. My appointment was made for yesterday 11/3 at 1pm. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was told that they will get to it. I had waited over an hour with no progress and when I asked what was taking so long to change a tire, I was given the excuse of the technician was having to search 3 different warehouses to find my tire after the technician grabbed the wrong tire to begin with. To me it didn't seem like anyone was in a hurry to get things done and when I voiced my displeasure, the service mgr didn't seem to care. I was sooo pissed off I couldn't see straight and didn't have anyone to talk to besides him. Until yesterday, I had always received great service at your service center. I cant brag on you guys any more....and if it wasn't du÷ to the warranty I would take my business to someone who would appreciate my business.

Very professional and courteous. The work was done in a very timely manner and Mitch was able to make the appointment for my car while the shop was booked so tightly so I could make my return trip to California on time.
