Initially he did great. Very polite and explained the process completely. After I was advised that the service would cost $11,000 to repair the vehicle he would not return a phone call to answer any questions. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Joseph was again very polite and blamed not getting back with me on being busy with other customers and not having the time. At the same time there was a red headed female employee complaining of being kicked out of her office, who seemed very put out that she had to wait around for me to pay for the service. As far as fixing my car, nothing that could be done and understandably not the dealership or anyone's fault. Thank you for the pleasant experience before my appointment.

Received call late Wednesday indicating part needed was in Joplin (even though this appt. had been scheduled for some time/original review of car waa in January). The appointment was scheduled for 11:20 Wednesday, I had dropped the car off Tuesday evening prior to closing and yet nothing was said about missing part until 2:19 pm. At this point I was asked if my vehicle could be worked on the following day. Frustrating considering that's the only vehicle I have and had only made plans to be without 1 day. Thursday I received 3 conflicting calls about my vehicle. One stated I hadn't arrived for my scheduled appointment on Wednesday. Within minutes I received another call indicating they had the part but couldn't find my car to work on it and then finally a call confirming the work was completed. While waiting to pick up my car, employees were looking for another woman's car key/car and a lady who evidently had been kept waiting for her car for an extended period of time. I understand having issues with limited staff, but the overall disorganization is just shy of incompetent.

An hour and 45 minutes is an exorbitant amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation. Especially considering that it was scheduled for the early morning. I can change the oil in my truck in 20 minutes. That includes putting it on ramps and grabbing my tools. I believe your service team could be considerably more punctual. I have no problems with the staff besides their inability to work with a sense of urgency for your customers. However, I did appreciate the congenially from your service representative.

This may be petty but I dropped my car off the day before with the understanding my appointment was “first thing in the morning” as I needed the car that afternoon. I heard nothing so decided to call at 12 to find out the status of my car. I was told they would have to check if the “part was even in”. When I made the appointment I verified with the parts department that in deed the part was in (it was delayed several days and the parts manager had to order it from another facility). I was a little disappointed not only was it not started but they did not even know the part was in. However, in a positive light, once I contacted them it was done in a reasonable amount of time (I was called at 2:30ish, to let me know the car was done)

I was pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment, pulling up to the service entrance and being let in, the comfort of your waiting area and offerings of snacks and coffees, and in particular the speed of service. I appreciate so much that I made the appointment for a certain time with the expectation that I wouldn’t have to wait for more than an hour. Overall an excellent first-time experience at Reliable Hyundai.

He is very nice and respectful I am a single lady and he was very patient and explaining everything to me plus a week ago I had to bring my car in for an emergency because it wouldn’t shift into park and he was there at the time it was 5 o’clock he was very helpful and he remembered me today when I came in for an oil change. I appreciate him he’s a good person
