Because our recall was due to oil consumption, we were frustrated when we checked the oil level after the service was completed and the level was not full. There was no sticker placed on the windshield to indicate when the next service was due, and the sensor was not reset. We returned it for inspection to find out the dipstick sleeve was not installed properly. We felt like these items needed to be confirmed before we picked up our vehicle.

I had to pair my phone again at the dealership before I left. My phone was saved in the infotainment but it required me to pair up again.. I had to pair it again at Kroger and then I got a message that I can no longer make calls until I buy minutes with Onstar. Called Onstar twice, they said it is not calibrated properly and I don’t need minutes. Your technician asked if I knew how to use Apple Car Play and to just plug my phone in and use that for all features. I sent Dexter a picture of what my console said when it locked up one my way home.
I filed a complaint with Chevrolet. It was supposed to be taken care of when I had my car repaired after the collision with the deer but Rick said he never got the message. The lady at the front desk put a note on the file. I saw it. She was really nice.
You guys made me an appointment last Tuesday, sent me home saying the technician had to leave and then emailed my husband I never showed up.
I am self employed and missed 4 full days of work. Your company will not shuttle to Brookland by Sonic so I had to make arrangements for transportation but Tuesday afternoon last week, I received 2 calls offering me a Chevy Equinox to drive if I would just bring it in to replace it. I was too far away and about to head to Memphis for work there.
Most likely the original infotainment unit just needed a calibration but here we are with the replacement and it is worse than the first one.
Anyway, your salesman Dexter is awesome but service after the sale is not so good. Your collision guys did do outstanding work and I appreciate that. . Glen Sain offers anyone that buys a new car from them shuttle service or a loaner car when maintenance or repairs are needed regardless of city limits.
Your dealership also offered me my first oil change free with a free tire rotation. Period. When I received my free oil change, I was told the tires did not need to be rotated but would the next oil change. If you send a coupon out, you should honor it. I thought the point of tire rotation was to keep the wear as even as possible not wait until two are more worn the others.
So after missing work repeatedly for a calibration problem, being told to use Apple Car play instead and so on, neither my Iraq/Afghanistan Veteran husband SFC, retired nor myself is very happy.
If your service department technicians do not have the proper equipment or training, you need to change that. I told them, Joe is an Engineer and I am a Biologist and Medical Speech Pathologist providing services that utilizes the most advanced technology money can buy. Only a handful of Speech Pathologists have invested the time to learn ans utilize the technology I use so I am not technologically challenged and neither is Joe.
I am not a complainer but I bought a Jeep from you and now my first very brand new car in 20 years and I wish I kept the Jeep or my 1999 Volvo at this point.
Again, your sales team is great and the guys fixing collision damage are great so please thank them. I hope you can invest time and education into your servuce techs soon. They are only as good as you train them to be and right now, they do not seem to be current with the infotainment system in vehicles. Please change that so your service department can have the opportunity for a good reputation like the other departments. Their lack of skill is a reflection of management not providing training and/or tools they need.

Well treated and service was quick
Everyone was slow. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change when i thought i was getting my tires rotated as well. i had an appointment for 9 am and didn’t get out of there until 11:45, i was almost late to work.
I was greeted at the door and had a wonderful experience.
Jaime noticed the brake vacuum malfunction and had my vehicle serviced and repaired quickly. Well done.
