No. On 11/20/2020 I had the Trans and Diff fluids replaced as preventive maintenance. When I picked up my car, I asked if the special additive had been added to the rear end. I was told, Yes. A week or so later I heard noises from the rear end. I took my car back to the Service Department. I asked again if the special additive had been added. I was told, yes and that the rear end was fine. Felling safe, I embarked on a 2,000+ mile trip. About midway through trip. The noise started again. I took my car back for service on 03/10/2020. The problem with was corrected by adding the special additive. Apparently it had not been added the first time. How much damage was done on my 2,000 mile trip? I was told that these rear ends could not be repaired and none were available due to Pontiac being discontinued.
Always a great quality job at Central. All our business trucks are always pure there and serviced there. Jamie the Service Advisor is always great and helps solve my issues.
I paid for service that I didn’t get a pay to get my radio unlocked and they couldn’t unlock it but I still had to pay
I feel like the damage to my battery was caused by the problem with the alternator. I believe that if there had not been such a long delay in getting the part the battery would not have been sitting dead for a long period causing damage. I feel like the battery could have been connected to a trickle charger or maintain while waiting for the part.
Today I waited over 4 hours for my oil change. I even left the dealership for lunch and shopping and when I came back to get my vehicle, I was informed that the wrong filter was ordered initially and a new filter would have to be bought. After waiting an additional hour, my vehicle was finally ready. I am upset that I did not get a call prior to returning to the dealership that there was an issue with my vehicle filter. Also, I was told during the 4th hour of waiting, that my tires were being rotated and my vehicle would be ready soon. So my car was at Central from the hours of 11:15-3:00 without any attention what so ever and I did not receive a phone call regarding the delay. I am not able to sit at a dealership for several hours a day. I have a full time career and other obligations.
Vehicle was leaking something but they said they couldn’t see anything. Came home pared it in driveway and started leaking something again. Brand new car, we shouldn’t have this kind of worry not even 2 weeks of buying it.
Central Chevrolet has got a reputation of selling their customers Battery everytime they do factory recall or warranty work. To summarize my last 3 visits to Central Chevrolet Cadillac Service Department in Jonesboro Arkansas. Lie, Cheat, hustlers. Only good for Oil Change.
When my mother and I go there it’s like a family setting ... not just Jamie but Roy always ensures that we are taken care of ... he makes us feel like we are important individuals and not just “another customer” I love them and for the record they are the only reasons we are loyal customers... bc they are loyal to us !!

My wife told the person checking her in about a warning light that came on this morning, then I followed up with a call since our car is still under warranty and was told it would be checked after the oil change. When she picked it up and ask about the light,they acted as if they did not know what she was talking about, she was told if it come back on just to stop by. We both travel a lot with work the last thing I need is my wife broke down in another state because your tech did not take the time to look.
Very happy to get into the shop as fast as I did, after the brakes failed on my 2019 Silverado, and have the problem repaired.
