The service was good until I wanted to use some of my rewards. I wasn’t sure how to use it. I was hoping for some help but ended up wasting a $50 reward because I didn’t understand what is was supposed to give to the cashier.

They kept my vehicle overnight. I called twice and left two voicemail messages but no one returned my call until she called the 2nd day to say it was ready.

I left a message with service manager and never received call back yesterday. Although i was told my discounts were applied when I paid yesterday my bill does not reflect any discounts applied. The coupons were torn off but not given as far as i can tell.
It wasn’t a problem that during the installation a part was broken and needed a replacement... the issue was that the part went from 1-2 days (heard nothing) so I contacted them again, was immediately sent from service straight over to parts... the parts guy didn’t know what was going on with it and after about 10 minutes, said that it was 1-2 weeks... after 2 weeks had passed from the initial incident, I called in to find out the status and found of the part was in and still no one had contacted me. Due to the poor communication, I decided to drive over, pick up the part, and install it myself. Things happen and I understand that sometimes things break. I’m very grateful that my brake light was repaired under warranty. The issue I had is that I felt like I was brushed off when it came to finishing out the repair with the piece that was broken during warranty repair. Within the next year, my wife and I will be shopping for a new large suv for our growing family. If this is a sign of how things will be handled, we will have to shop with a different dealer. My dad had purchased a new Silverado 3 years ago from your dealership and spoke very highly of you. Because of that, I’m hoping that this issue was not an accurate representation of how you handle business and I would sincerely like to continue shopping with you. It’s in your hands now.
