He was great, when i came to pick up truck he went over everything they had done. I have never had that done in the past with other service departments.

Stop the sales call every time I take my car in for service. That is unprofessional. If I wanted to buy something, I would ask for “Sales” instead of “Service” department. That is like me asking a patient if he wants a rectal exam since he came to get his cholesterol checked. GEEZ. Are you that desperate??

The service department will never answer their phone. I had to call the salesman to get him to check on the status of the repair. When I picked the car up the representative just handed me the keys and said it was outside.
I was told that clips were left off,when work had been done, before vehicle was sold to me. So i felt like it was shoddy work, evidently no one checked their work. I drove around 2 weeks with one back up light and one brake light not working.
Took truck there Wednesday to change oil, check emmisions (check engine light was on) and check battery. They called Thursday said it was ready. My wife went to pick it up and it would start. Battery was dead they hadn't changed the battery. Friday morning they called and said it was ready and my wife picked it up but the check engine light is still ON.
Also while there trailer service light was on and I had a recall two months ago I put a new transmission in this truck. I am looking at Toyota. I have never had a Toyota truck but have had Camery,Alalon, and Preus all went over 200,000 miles never had check engine light come on or replace transmission or had recall. I will get the truck back to have the check engine checked out when I get a chance.
It broke down again 40 miles up the road.............

Jamie always does an excellent job. I recommend her to all my friends and coworkers.
If an appointment is scheduled for service repairs, everything on the ticket should be resolved in one appointment. If it can’t be resolved in the appointment due to a lack of parts, the appointment should be rescheduled so the customer only has to arrange transportation for themselves for that day instead of multiple, non consecutive appointment days. Jamie’s customer service was great but the goal for the department should be to minimize customer displacement of transportation.
Very satisfied with the service. Step rails put on and they look great. Service with a smile.
