Second time we have used your service dept and both times everything went great. Thank you for working us in again the Dealer Closest to our home both times we have gone there an Oil change needs about a 5 day advanced notice for just an oil change.

Corey was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the service on our Escalade. This was the best experience with this service department by far I’ve had, as the other other few service people didn’t seem to know what was going on any time I would call and actually got ahold of them. Usually they never returned calls or voicemail.

I was satisfied with the service because they did what they were supposed to do. However, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. There was a charge of $116.49 for a little bracket on the cargo bar. When I bought that car the cargo bracket wasn’t in the car so our salesman got one out of a used car and put in mine. The darn thing didn’t work right after I got it. I ONLY had it fixed because I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. I love the Central dealership and will always trade there. But I felt like I should not have been charged for this.

We were traveling and had to be towed. The lady was very nice to get me in the shop. Daniel was great and got us back on the road. Much appreciated.
