I called for a price for the oil change. A lady transferred me to another lady and I left a message to call me back with the price. No one called me back. When I checked out I thought it was a little to high. I mentioned to them someone was supposed to call be back about the price. It's been several days since the change and can't remember what they said.

It seems information does not get passed from one person to the other, we are told something will be done, then the Service department will know nothing about it. Service department was great!

I did not get a timely call about anything. About what was wrong and how to repair my Tahoe. I was given some BS reason why no one called me. My A/C was charged but again not call to inform me of any problems your service **** and I will take my cars to someone that gives a crap about simple infor about my car thanks for nothing
Wanted tire rotation, did not get it. Service department at Central Chevrolet has only done the minimum to service any vehicle I have brought there. I will not be back.

Furnished oil and filter. Was charged for oil and filter. ?? Hopefully they didn't put 10 or 12 quarts and two filters in the motor.
