Roy and Tammy took exceptional pains to take care of us. Roy searched and located the part needed and got it overnighted. But that was after having immediately after our emergency call getting a wrecker to us and taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership. Tammy took quick care of our loaner need and helped us to get into a hotel room. Their service was deeply appreciated by both of us.

DEF problems that the truck had were not diagnosed correctly and therefore not fixed. Picked the truck up Tuesday afternoon and during a drive to Texas today (Wednesday) the unfixed problem caused us to be stuck for many hours while we were pulling horses since the truck went into limp mode at 5mph. Luckily, the Chevrolet dealer we were able to find in Greenville, TX knew what the problem was immediately, had the correct part (DEF pump) and had us back on the road. When pulling horses, I can’t be stuck on the side of the road for their welfare.

I brought my Cadillac to be recalibrated after having to get a new windshield. I was told it could not be recalibrated after waiting 4 hours and was charged $137 for nothing being fixed. I don’t feel that is good customer service, that is bad business.

The first appointment not all the stuff was fixed. And the oil change and the radio issue. The oil was over filled by a quart and a half. The radio was not fixed this was the three time it had been in the shop for the problem. When I called to find out about it couldn’t get the service advisor. Later found out he was dismissed from his position. That was the second day the truck back at the shop for the radio and it started smoking cause of being over filled with oil. They have had the truck for a week getting the radio fixed.

I was satisfied, but I got my ac compressor fixed yesterday, and now my brakes squeal every now and then. They have never done that before until after my car was fixed. I’m not sure what’s causing it.
