Y’all lost my key. I could not get into my car so I could get my work keys because y’all lost my key. Y’all did not replace the lift part of my door handle that was removed to cut or program a new key, nor did you reset my Oil change indicator or put a new sticker for next Oil change on my windshield.
The man working at the desk was extremely polite, helpful, and I believe was doing his very best to help. I appreciate all his help.

It took 2 hours to have my oil changed & the reason that I came was to have my truck fixed for the second time for the recall for my brakes. I didn’t allow 3 hours for the oil change & the recall. I don’t think that your people heard of social distanceing, i.e 6 ‘. People were stacked in the waiting area. Sorry but you asked!
I didn’t receive any copies of the repairs or if there was any
I took my truck to get diagnostic and because they found two problems with it I got charged $275 because I did not decide to Proceed with the repairs because I do not have the money to spend right now $2400 so I decided just to pick up the truck and I think that is nonsense since I Was told it was a $115 Diagnostics fee
prices are outrageous will never take my vehicles there again . Do not call me i have no more comments
