When he came in he asked if I might like someone to look at the tiny ding in my windshield while they did my service-Ficed!
I traveled 110 miles each direction to the dealership today, leaving home at 6 AM. There were unexpected issues with a software update. This caused my service to take double the time promised. Andrew, Marcus and the service manager (sorry I missed his name) everyone, did everything possible to make the situation right. Including an offer to have my car delivered to my home, 110 miles north. Free. I chose to wait instead and the s/w update was successfully completed. I appreciate everything about how I was treated.
