I came in for an oil change, but made a mistake in scheduling it, and arrived 2 weeks early. Still, they made sure I was able to be worked into that day’s schedule.

I had a scheduled appointment for almost two weeks. My poor service started with the lady who scheduled the appointment. I’ve bought all of my cars from priority. I’ve never had an issue with my free oil changes until now. With new company rules. I was told Adam would be able to help me. After being told to come back in an hour to pick up my car I come back two hours later to give them some time. To get back and be told it’ll be about 1hr because they haven’t taken my car back. What’s the point of making an appointment? I drove 45 minutes to have my 10:30 scheduled time. I manage a dental office and know that sometimes we all fall behind but two hours without any type of verbal communication to me is insane. Poor customer service in my opinion. I’ve always had a great experience but I can tell that customer care and satisfaction is no longer a goal here. I was instructed rudely to take my car to priority Lexus. Which now is an hour from my house. I lined up child care for my child and had to pay for gas and a sitter to not have anything done to my car.

We were surprised by the $27 fee added on top of the service cost. It would be better if that was just included in the price and not tacked on for better cost transparency.

My 145 appointment that was supposed to take an hour or so ended up to be two hours or so. Also, when I came in, I asked them to check the brakes and I saw him write a note on the work order to do that. After waiting over two hours to get my car back, I asked Adam if they check the brakes And his answer was no they wanted to get me out here as quick as possible. I think that’s terrible especially since I waited over an hour for my service. An extra five minutes to look at the brakes while the car is in the air probably wouldn’t hurt me more than an extra hour did. I bought 3 or 4 new cars from location not sure I’ll be back.
