This "repair" was complicated due to the sliding door mechanism not working properly. This is the second new Traverse with the sane problem as the 2022 first Traverse. For some reason Braun has been unable to resolve the problem at the time of conversion causing the dealers service to resolve after the customer takes delivery. Jeanette & her mechanics were able to navigate the back & forth with Braun. Unfortunately the repair took longer than expected & Jeanette hung in there keeping me informed as they worked there way through the diagnostic path Braun placed in front of them. Thanks to Jeanette for seeing this through.

I have always had positive interactions with staff but Bethany is the reason why I come back to Priority for service and repairs. I never would have thought I would go to a dealership for maintenance due to general perception that costs are higher but the service and care she has provided has been amazing. Priority has had my households service for a few years now because of Bethany and in turn has received many thousands of dollars worth of business because of her.
