The customer experience should be top notch! No service agent should be confrontational in any way. Never argue with the customer or make the customer feel that you’re argumentative. That’s what I felt from Donna! She seemed frustrated with other things and seemingly I got the raft. It’s just the way I feel.
Dante was however top notch! He took out time to hear me. He was attentive and not passive aggressive in any way. He offered empathy even though he had no control over my situation. Thank you Dante!

Donna Meeks was extremely professional and thorough as a Customer Service Dept Representative. She explained all the repair and service options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision about my car care. Servicing was completed in a very timely manner, ie., 1 1/2 hrs versus the usual 2 hours I normally experience. Donna Meeks is certainly a huge asset to your Service Team!
Not completely satisfied.
It is very unfair that I am not given the same service as others because my car has what you call a loader. The reason is you have a machine and you don't hand wash. We spend enough money at Honda Priority to have our car washed several times a year. The sad thing too is that I'm given that same excuse every time my car is serviced and I ask. I get it! I need to stop asking.
I asked Elysia if I could request her each time I come in, and she said yes. That’s how much I like her. This is the second time she has been my service writer.
