The tire gage came on before I got home, to fare to turnaround, they said they fix it.still on.
Mr. Mcferrin was personable and professional. I noticed that the entire Honda team was organized, observational and working together. My car was serviced within the time given and now running like new.

She is a rare find these days as you can teach almost anyone to do a job, but you can’t make them care. That’s the soft skill that separates the good and exceptional employees! As many year that I have had my car serviced at Honda Hampton, I have never experienced poor customer service. I was standing on the line waiting for someone to call me. For a few minutes, service associates kept passing by, not saying anything. I stood in front of a slim Caucasian man with glasses who sat to the side right of the door to the lounge. He was on the phone and I waited. One of the associates came up to him after he got off the phone, and I’m assuming it was to tell him, I was waiting. His response, “I know you’re not coming to me to tell me about them, I have a lot of things to do.”. Even if he felt that way, I didn’t need to hear that! I’m a professional and work with people every day, NEVER, will a person ever tell you that I displayed poor customer service. I was hoping that he wouldn’t service me because I would have said NO! I would rather pay for an oil change than to be serviced by that gentleman. Thank you for listening. I’m going to put this on your website review. Thank you.
People That Came In After My Appointment This Morning Was Given A Tremendous Amount Of Respect, By Having Their Cars Driven In The Drop Off Area, After Their Car Services Were Done.. And Unfortunately I Had To Walk A Mile, To Get My Car, Or Even See My Car.. Parked Outside In The Parking Lot.. Using My Car Alarm Just To Find It.. I’ve Never Had This Happen To Before. I Really Felt Like An Unwelcome Customer.. I Wanted To Trade My Car In Today.. Priority Honda Is A Great Place To Purchase a Car, But The Services Wasn’t So Good Today….

The only concern I have to make sure the technician complete requests that are put in the system. I requested new wiper blades & that was not completed so I will have to make another appointment to get that done. The free car wash was listed on paper to receive & it wasn't done. So one of the other workers had to run it through the car wash.
Dantae Erving provided excellent customer service and did an outstanding job communicating service items and outcomes. Dantae is probably one of the best service representatives I’ve had over my 40+ years owning a vehicle.
