Each time I have service conducted to my vehicle; I am always find pieces of small car items or debris inside my vehicle. This has to stop. I don’t understand why it’s happening. Today there was small black plastic screw cap on floor front passenger side and driver side front floor was piece of foam brown in color.
Jeanette was very friendly and professional in every aspect of my experience with Priority. The install took a lot longer than expected but Jeanette was very kind in citing the issues regarding the delay.
Brought my car in 3xfor same thing.first time nothing was found,second time cost me 3600 dollars.3rd time it was a quart low on oil for something that was supposed to be fixed to the tune of 3600.i was told on 3rd visit it was a quart low because there was not enough oil put in when it was fixed.i remember the gauge said 100%.when I called to ask about the low oil after having paid 3600 to have the problem fixed,I was told to just add a quart which was the original problem in the first place.i am very dissatisfied with this current service.i come all the way from Norfolk because I bought the car here and thus far,have had no problems.i don't know that I would invest in another Honda.this car gas not lived up to the Honda reputation or priority dealership

It was my first visit there and I am new to the area. Adam was friendly and professional. However, I took my car to the wrong Honda because I didn’t know that there was another Honda in Newport News. I was wondering why they kept calling me. I had to apologize to them over and over again. Otherwise, I appreciate the service and thanks to Adam again.

The walk through door to the service department needs to be easier to open. It can’t possibly be right. I hurt my arm trying to open it. I have ice pack on it now. Other people had difficulty with it too.
I voiced my concerns about it the last time I was there to Adam. He said I was not the only one.

I took my car in for appt Thursday at 2:15pm and I was never text or called about my vehicle being ready. If they did call they didn't leave me a voicemail. I did have one missed call from a number I didn't recognize but it didn't match the numbers that text me earlier from priority. Ultimately, the communication is very poor. It doesn't take much effort to get the message to me that the vehicle is ready for pick up and the bar was missed. It's inconsiderate and unfortunate. He wasn't very welcoming either when I arrived which I originally ignored and thought nothing of it until this addition of poor communication skills.
