Jim Comey has been my service manager for the time I had my Honda. I now trust him with myToyata. I had an accident with my 2010 Honda and got my Toyota from my brother. I went to the Toyota dealership and was not satisfied with their service. So I’m back with Jim
I was greeted as soon as I arrived, waited in very comfortable lounge, and service was completed to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner.
I am almost completely satisfied. I noticed my car being brought into the service area after it had the service done. I waited at least 30 minutes to get the bill and pay. Why so long? It would be nice if the person doing the service work would put all the settings back to what they were when the car arrived there except of course the oil life goes to 100 0/0z.
I love Adam! I followed him from another dealership. He just has that warm and friendly personality.

Donna and Don matol are absolutely the bestemployees at priority!!! However your massage chair is really in bad shape and unsanitary...... Let alone broken for a long time
It shows lack of concern.... Either fix it or remove it for a decent chair... I can't imagine anyone sitting in it... My two cents
