Only thing that went wrong paid to have my tires rotated and get All the way home and tire pressure light comes on and have to go back they fixed it real quick but two tires had too much air and two not enough.

My appointment was at 1145 am. The car was done at 1 30. Took two hours to change oil. What is the purpose of the appointment ? Don't tell me that your shop was back up. I made the appointment wees ago so you guys know exactly your work load. As I told the lady at the cashier I will take my car there next time for oil change again. If your coustemer service will not improve I will not be going there any more.

Had an appointment scheduled for a state inspection and waited while this was to be completed. After waiting two hours, The surface provider approached me to tell me my car was done and would be ready for me in five minutes. After 45 minutes past, I got up and went to the service provider and asked what the delay was for. He said he had been on the phone and just could not get to me, then he took me to the cashier at which point he then pointed out several things that I needed to have taken care of none of which I was given the opportunity during my time there to have completed . I would’ve liked the opportunity to have addressed some of the concerns, but was not given that opportunity. I feel very frustrated over The amount of time it took for a simple state inspection two hours and 45 minutes is beyond ridiculous but my biggest frustration is that while I was there, I could have addressed some of these other concerns, but Adam did not make that available to me and as a long-standing customer I think that should be addressed . I also do not feel his professionalism was up to par on typical Honda professionalism that I have received in the past.
