Adam Harrison was very attentive, he really listened and understood stood that I was on a budget and tried to help me get solutions to the problems I am having with my 2007 Honda fit . I couldn’t get all the repairs done that I wanted to have done. So I’ll have to keep coming back until they are done. I really need another car but. I can’t afford the payment s at this time. It would be nice if there was a program where people like me could get a car and make lower payments for one year called lower buyer’s plans, without out the customer missing a payment but, they could afford the car after that year. It’s just a thought.

Dante customer service was great. He was nice and professional. I am upset because I found out after I was at my appointment to get a free pil change that the policy had change. Customers should have been notified of this change. For me I had my card so I was grandfather. I am glad that Dante also told me that inspection are no longer free. Again customers should be notified about changing in policies. Very unprofessional as a Priority Honda Dealer company.
