I’ve been there 2 days in a row. Failed inspection by a light bulb that wasn’t working. I tried to come out it in while the van was there but they waited til the last minute to tell me even though the video shows 3:21pm and I wasn’t informed until your service people had gone for the day. My wife was there waiting all along. It took almost 2 hours for my wife to get the van and all they had to do was oil change and state inspection. This is a ridiculous amount of time y’all take to complete these 2 services. My wife returned today and it was another 45 minute wait just to look at 1 lightbulb. She requested the van to be washed since it wasn’t done the day before. Like I said, she waited 45 minutes and still the van was NOT washed!!!! Your people at the desks that assist you when you arrive and leave cannot stay off there phones long enough to assist us. Both days my wife’s the van in the garage and went to the person, who was on their phone with personal stuff, to get the van. Unacceptable!!!!

Priority Honda has always in all ways considered my needs as a customer and for that I am very greatful. Your staff is totally professional. If Honda still made the 2 door Accord Coupe that would be my next car, however that is not to be. On or around the 10th of June I will be taking delivery of my new Audi A5S couple. S of, if you would like to purchase my car outright for your used car department maybe we can work that out. Monday the 20th Audi in Hampton will let me know what they will consider as a trade in. Since I am paying cash for the a5S I am looking for the best offer, so if you guys would like to be considered just let me know. I can stop by Monday after I see them. Funny thing is if your used car department had been opened this morning when I finished my service I would have stopped in. However it was about a 20 minute wait and I needed to keep going. Like I said. if interested in me stopping in on Monday around noon just let me know. Thank you. Howard C
It’s was quick, but when I walked in..no one greeted me or even spoke to me at all. I was there for a few minutes, until I decided to walk past everyone and ask a gentleman what the process was.

The team at Honda Hampton did a really great job with my van. When I called and needed to come in, they were able to get me in the next morning. They went above beyond and checking my vehicle and keeping me up-to-date on what they are doing. I will come here again and again!
