When I purchased the car I was assured I would get a car wash with each service. That has rarely been the case to include this time. It’s also starting to feel like the free services come with the recommendation of upselling.

I was a little disappointed that my annual inspection which I’ve was told by the service team member that I made the appointment with should have taken around an 1:00 ended up taking 1:45. I understand delays happen but I ended up using the text system to see if something was wrong with my car and about 2 minutes later my name was called to say it was done. I did opt for the free car wash so maybe that was the hold up. I got it inspected so I’ve fulfilled my state requirement for my car just not the usual experience I have for service with your dealership
