i had to leave with a key i couldn't even use and had to pay for it, when it simply wasn't being cut right. i understand the factory cut, but at the same time the keys were not the same. yall have a key cutting machine i can't assume its that hard to match a key. i went to a locksmith in the area and got the key you guys gave me recut and matched and i went to a different honda priority to get it programmed.

Great communication talking on the phone and texting. Explained things that I was not totally familiar with.
Donna was excellent and provided friendly, prompt service. Unfortunately, the overall experience yesterday was negative. A technician found it appropriate to take my vehicle off the dealership lot and onto Mercury Boulevard, and proceed to race it up to 70mph in an unsafe manner. If they were to wreck, or injure themselves or someone else, that would be pretty serious for the individual, myself and the dealership. Donna helped me speak with the service department manager who explained the technician may have been inexperienced with the vehicle, to which I stated it unfortunately does not matter. Any vehicle of a customers should not be treated in such a manner. The manager acknowledged the issue, said disciplinary action would be taken and stated that this is not the standard that they uphold, which I can appreciate. However, I now find it difficult to be able to entrust the care of my vehicle to this dealership in the future. Thank you.
