I was not made aware of the $100 deductible prior to service. I totally understand it is my contract for coverage but that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also, while car was being serviced, someone left dirty hand prints on my pristine headliner. I can have this cleaned, it just could have been prevented. Customer service is always exceptional.

Donna is a very good service writer so this is no reflection on her. I’ve bought many Hondas over the years. I’ve always had them serviced at this dealership. But I’m tired of being nickel and dimed here. I was charged $100 today for you to install 2 bulbs. That was just the labor and was not inclusive of the high cost of the bulbs. I’ve consistently been a loyal customer here but I simply cannot abide this any longer. Both my wife’s car as well as my son’s car have Priorities for Life but I no longer believe it is beneficial to utilize that service. Instead I think I’d be better off paying full price else where and try to build a relationship there that iI used to have at Priority (15 years worth of loyalty that seems to have vanished overnight).

Dontae was helpful, courteous, and friendly. He provided ongoing communication about the status of our vehicle. He even went above and beyond when I dropped off my vehicle for service the night before. Although the service department was closed, he graciously helped me get something I left in my vehicle after I had dropped them in the over night drop box. He never hesitated to help even though this wasn’t something he had to do since the shop was closed. He went beyond expectation to help me.

Jim was super kind and helpful to me today. He was busy finishing up other customers before tending to me, and apologized 3-4 times within a 10 minute span for making me wait. Great interactions in person, and when he called me. 10/10
