Adam was extremely friendly and asked all the right questions with regard to my service wants and he explained what was discovered during the service. My experience with Adam confirmed why I continue to use Priority Honda for my service needs. Bonus Comment, I was appreciative of Don’s welcome as I was waiting in line to pull my car in. Priority Honda is First Class in every aspect!

I came in for an inspection and dropped off
My 2004 Honda Accord. I got a call while I was out that the headlights needed to be restored and the brake lights replaced. Ben told me, apparently, that the transmission fluid and engine coolant needed to be replaced, but I didn’t understand him when he said that. I told him to take care of the headlights and brake lights, but at no point were any prices discussed. So when I came to pick up my Honda, the total was $630, and I was completely blindsided by it. Ben even admitted he hadn’t mentioned prices when going over everything, so I never had the chance to decide which services I wanted, because I was not in a position to spend nearly $700. It was completely unprofessional that this happened, because I had zero knowledge of the price and the transmission fluid and engine coolant being replaced. The latter part is my fault because it was apparently mentioned during the video, but I didn’t know I was saying yes to that.
Bethany,overall was great. My vehicle did not get a courtesy wash. I'm a loyal client. Service needs to do a better job.
