I appreciated the fast and speeding turnover for allowing my car come in for an emergency. My fuel door was stuck and wouldn't open. But for something to just be cleaned I shouldn't have been charged 139 as I am a regular customer to priority hampton for ALL of my services on the car. No parts were brought and it was just manually pryed open and cleaned. I'm disappointed in the price. Service advisors were as disappointed as me but nothing they can do about it. Honda should think about their loyal customers before they lose a customer over just a simple fuel door opening.

Was Outstanding as my Service Manager yesterday.. I was there from 0730 hours until 1430 hours, He always kept me informed of what was going on verbally/ as well as Texting. I was very impressed with his ability to communicate and keep me informed of everything going on. I will return to Hampton Priority Honda for and Service issues or Perhaps Purchase because of His Service. He, Should be your Trainer and Manager because of His Leadership..

Your entry into the Bay area from the right side the door would not open I had to back up and come back in again when I got in not Adam but something I came up went to the car behind me after you told me to pull up and took them to the desk left me and I had to wait for service. Not satisfied with that
