We were surprised at both the cost of the diagnostic services (which only confirmed what we had told you in the first place) and the prospective cost of any further service. I understand that it was unusual to have our key gets stuck in the dropbox, but when we showed up at our appointment time the doors were locked. Otherwise we would not have put them in there. Also it would have been nice had someone called when you thought we missed our appointment. I didn't know that no one was working on the car until several hours later.
