4/11/2020 @830am lady at her desk rude, not a greeting or welcoming people to the service department. I guess to early for her. I brought my JK to do oil asnd tires rotation service. They took proximity about a hour to service my Jeep. They bring the Jeep out and the lady working on Saturday she mentions to me that she has some suggestions to work on my Jeep , 1 rear gear oil service 2. That I have a leek on power steering. (By the mechanic) . I’m ok thank you. I go out to my car and I notice that my fifth wheel wasn’t remove from the rack. I go back inside and I ask if they did the tire rotation? She responded (Yes ) , im like why then my fifth wheel still on the tire carriage. Her excuse was not everyone likes for the mechanic to touch the rear tire and if you want the fifth tire rotated is a charge. And you have to let us know before. I’m like this is not my first oil and tire rotation I do they always rotate my fifth wheel. They took the Jeep back to change the fifth wheel. I ask the guy who drove my Jeep to the mechanic if he can check the air on the rear tire. (Please ) They brought my Jeep back and I ask the guy again did he put take on the rear tire ? He’s response was it doesn’t need and it’s not showing on the system that it needs air. (Your good to go ) As I pull out of the dealership I get a signal on flat tire psi 16 on the tire that they just put in. (The fifth wheel ) I didn’t want to come back and get more upset for the 0 customer service they providing. Also 0 knowledge of cars power steering lick, hahah I change my air filter and it comes with seal oil to prevent dust sticking on the filter. It leek some on the frame of the front. (Right side by the head light ) hahah the service fee $75. Haha that’s really funny. To prove that they where going to lie of a fix, I was going to let them work on that supposed leek and report them for making up issues that cars don’t have.
