I brought in my Jeep for recalls. Your service center is understaffed and I was told it would take quite a long time to check my Jeep in so I just dropped the keys and left. I was told one part needed to be ordered so I had to leave it overnight. Then I was called the next day to say it was back ordered. They couldn’t tell me that the day before? Now I have to bring it back again. This is my first GMC vehicle, I have had many fords, and my first impression wasn’t great.

First I was quoted 55 for my oil change, when I got out they charged me 65 dollars. It not the 10 dollars, it's the principal. Never got thing that where wrong with my car or what they did. Just got a paper to sign and basically shoved me on my way.

He was very professional and answered all my questions. My car was ready when promised and the waiting room was very pleasant.
The wait for my oil change was two hours. That was fine, but I was there on a day where you all did not offer a courtesy bride to my home to wait. I had to pay for an Uber home and back which was pretty expensive. All other Jeep dealerships I’ve been to either get me in and out or there is always service for drop off at no charge if need be. I had great service besides that!! Thank you
Danny went the extra mile for us. We didn’t have an appt, but we got a warning about servicing the DEF system, and we are leaving this area on Monday. He arranged to have our diesel truck checked if we could leave it with him, which we did. Many thanks to Danny, and also to the woman who handles the rental cars!
