Michelle is a fantastic service writer and a friend to our family. She always takes wonderful care of our vehicles. She is friendly and always provides professional service. She is one of the reasons why we only go to Redlands Dodge for service on our 2 Dodge and 1 Ford vehicles.

the service personel were friendly and courteous especially Franklin the shuttle van driver. However, no one went over the inspection with me and they found an oil leak that no one explained until I was leaving and asked. Also, this is the second time a courtesy wash was offered and not done. it was written on my invoice, but not done.

I bought my car in June 2019. I brought it in for its first oil change. When I got there they had no record that I purchased a maintenance warranty for my car. I had to go to the finance dept so he could confirm I did purchase the maintenance warranty. It shouldn’t take six months to update your system with that information. My second complaint was that it took two hours for an oil change. I think that’s a bit excessive. The dealership/service dept seems a bit disorganized. Also, (and I know this may be a little insignificant) some of the employees in the service dept (not my service advisor) were fooling around when there were customers there. It was somewhat unprofessional. The positives: I was happy with my courtesy car wash. Also, my salesman remembered me and spent time talking with me while I waited for my car. He was very helpful is talking with me about some of the features on my car. Overall my experience wasn’t bad but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Erika was amazing she had everything set up and ready for when I actually made the appointment. The only issue I had was when they put the liner back on the roof of my car they put the sun visors in backwards. It was not Eika's fault but the person/people who installed the new liner.

Communication has always been a major factor in my life. Excuses are not something that impresses me. Your man Thomas has lots of excuses, but little effeteness in his endeavors. He needs to learn to answer his calls, not try to impress other with his overwhelming job assignments. Customer service is priority one and should be excepted in a service environment. Also and nothing to do with his work ethics, he needs to use a breath enhancer!!! Jay was the light at the end of the tunnel and his efforts are very much appreciated. Hope this helps...????????????

She’s amazing, the best. I love the way she treats me every time I walk in to get service done. Thank you so so much. I will always be a customer and only go to her and Redlands dodge. Amazing couldn’t say enough about her.

Erika was awesome! Always kept me informed status of vehicle, when it was finished she let me know what was (or wasn't) done and the reason for it. when I checked in, she reminded me of what maint items were due up so I could stay on top of things and not skip anything. She is by far, the best service advisor I have had yet. Even though she was extremely busy at the end of day, she still took the time necessary to explain things on the phone before I went to pick up my Jeep. She has brought back the true meaning of customer service.

The gentleman who assisted me was very kind. However, when he notified me that the wait was 1.5 hours, I asked if the shuttle would be able to take me home during that time. He stated it was definitely possible, but posed a disclaimer that if I left the facility, my vehicle would not be prioritized over someone who DID wait at the location. I didn’t have an issue with this at first, but by the time the shuttle returned from its trip (since I was not able to get on when I finished checking in, since he had stated the vehicle was at its capacity), I had already been waiting for an hour exactly. At this point, I was extremely frustrated since my car SHOULD have been done in 30 minutes time, but instead was done 1.5 hours AFTER I left on the shuttle. A more reasonable conversation should have instructed the associate who assisted me to first find out how long the shuttle would take in returning, because if he had told me he wouldn’t be back in an hour, I would have stayed on the “waiting” list versus the “drop off” list.
