The only unusual thing is the employee that was supposed to bring my truck out to me didn't. I waited and then he got in my truck and then got out and He came up and gave me the keys and pointed to where it was at and told me I could take it out. It was parked in the back and was a pain the way the parked other cars around it. It was night time and the area was dimly lit.
Retail is hard when you have so many levels of service. So, being so, I would like to say it’s impossible to answer your questions completely honestly. Give me a couple weeks, thank you. David R
I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am to get my car serviced and an alignment done. When I called and set up my appointment, I informed the representative that I had to work at 8:45am and if I could drop my car off earlier. She said yes that she would notate it on my appointment. When I arrived at 7:50 there were a few cars in front of me which I figured would be. When they opened and started checking people in there were only two service advisors working to handle all of the cars and customers. It was about 8:15am and I still had not been approached. I went inside and explained that I needed to leave in order to try and get to work on time. Ericka told me they were going as fast as they could but that I needed to wait by my car until I was seen. I continued to wait and I finally got taken care of by 8:40. I work in Riverside and was 20 minutes late to work. When I returned to pick up my car I arrived at about 2:45pm asked the cashier if my car was ready and it was not. My car was not ready until 4:00pm! I had to wait another hour and fifteen minutes! Luckily I was there waiting because if not then I wouldn’t have been able pick up my car since the service department closes at 4:00pm! I understand Saturday’s are busy but I had an appointment for my vehicle and I left it, so I don’t understand why it wasn’t ready when I went to go pick it up. Also since Saturday’s are busy maybe you schedule more advisors. I get that people need days off and what not or have your managers do intake of vehicles instead of just having them come out and say we will be with you shortly. By far the worse service I have gotten from here. Usually you guys are really good but this time you guys really dropped the ball
Nick and Thomas are the two best service advisors, period! If I had my choice, they are the only two that I want to work with! They are awesome! They are professional, courteous, and reflect the values and customer service at the highest level of the dealership.
Erika was very helpful in answering my questions and updating me on the status of my car. Although, the electronic throttle control light does still come on sometimes. She let me know that the technicians didn’t see it coming on anymore. But, she said that it was noted in the paperwork and let me know if it keeps happening to let them know.
Erika is the best. Definitely switching dealerships from Ontario to Redlands because of her. She's fantastic
Sanjae was very helpful and professional. Thank you
Dealership is absolutely amazing. Especially the employees.
1) SiriusXM radio still doesn't work properly, and I audio-recorded the issue this time for technician to hear, & 2) I experienced delays in the previously promised refund (incorrectly charged for last Aug service).
Antonio provides awesome service.
It took a while, but finally a job well done!
Oil change came in at 9:15am and at 12:20pm the technician just started the oil change. They forgot to do a car wash complementary, was my first car service.
Great customer service. Wait time took longer than expected but overall great job
