Forgot to order extension bracket for the spare tire and did not get it mounted at all we had to ride around with the spare tire in the back hatch which left us no room for anything. Not sure when this could be taken care of. I would like satisfaction.Erica was absolutely wonderful regardless of the issue with the spare. Linda Meyer

I had it service for a recall on my airbags but I picked it up and my AC makes a loud noise now and it didn't make that noise when I took it to have it serviced

Huge thank you to Thomas Siler, made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the service room and was very helpful in making sure my car was done in a timely manner. All recalls on the car were done in 1 day and Ib think that was awesome specially with all the work they had coming in and only a few days away from Christmas. Nick was polite and welcoming. I stood in front of the desk, while a woman played on her pink cell phone with no customers in front of her, as soon as nick was finished with his customer he helped me right away without hesitation. He was to the point, quick, efficient and informative. His follow up call was as well. Great service from nick. Not so much from the woman, second desk in from the side office, on her pink cellphone while three of us waited to be seen.
Nicholas explained the work conducted on oil change and did a thorough job. He was quick and had my Jeep finishlined in less than an hour the fastest I’ve ever had.
I've never had a service writer care so little about what we needed done. Nor have I ever had a service manager care so little about the problems we're were experiencing.
Erika is one of the best service agents (Candice was the other one) I have interacted with in the service department. Erika exhibited great customer service keeping communication open via email and phone calls. It is evident that she truly cares about the customer and tries to make what can be a frustrating experience (vehicle not working correctly) go as smoothly and pleasant as possible. I hope that she is recognized for the stellar customer service that she shows.

Please communicate just a little bit better with customer with a call or a tex stating were still working on it & probably another day.. the reason I ssay this is because I'm the one that called or tex first wondering what was up with my car.. the acid wash was AWESOME
